Nursing the Environment: SPUQC Counts the Ways

St. Paul University Quezon City has environmental stewardship as one of its strongest advocacies. It has assigned the Community Development and Advocacy Center (CDAC) to be on top of all these initiatives. Last March 2018, two NSTP classes went to Cabiokid to witness a permaculture development in Nueva Ecija. Another different group composed of SPUQC employees and students, on the other hand, went to Mount Maynoba in Tanay, Rizal to plant trees as a method for disaster mitigation.

SPUQC Students Joined the International Coastal Clean-up

The International Coastal Clean-up is an annual drive done every third Saturday of September where thousands of volunteers from around the world participate in clearing the coastlines, lakes and rivers of trash.  Recording every piece of trash collected is part of the exercise. SPUQC makes it a point to be a part of this annual event.
