Hubs of Excellence
Aligned with the university’s education philosophy, SPUQC introduces programs that proactively respond to the challenges, needs, and demands of a changing environment in collaboration with its strategic partners for complementation and resource sharing.
Center for career Development
Jobs are in great demand especially in the following areas: Food and Beverage Service, Caregiving, Massage Therapy, and Administrative Assistance.
SPUQC through the center for career development offers these short-term certificate courses.
The Center for Career Development takes care of applicants who graduated from High School but could not pursue a college education.
All courses in the CCD are TESDa- recognized and are subject to TESDA national certification (NC II).

Community development and advocacy center (CDAC)
As the Community Extension Unit of SPUQC, CDAC’s mandate is based on the three-fold functions of higher education, namely: Instruction, Research and Community Extension.
The CDAC is tasked to support the total formation of Paulinians within the context of an integrated, holistic, catholic education founded on Gospel of Christ.
It has the following advocacies:
- disaster management
- environmental stewardship
- pro-life and pro-family causes
- justice and peace
CENTER FOR SOCIAL INNOVATION AND RESEARCH (CSIR)
CSIR is the unit that’s handling all SPUQC’s publications, the training of faculty and staff on research ethics protocol, in informing the faculty members of the research priorities of the university and in ensuring the quality of research outputs conducted by both the staff and students.
